Description:
Universal Printing's four production departments and shipping/fulfillment deparment work together to ensure that clients' work flows smoothly and efficiently through their facility. From the client, the files go to prepress. Prepress hands off to either digital printing or offset printing, both of which proceed to hand off to bindery. After bindery, shipping takes the job and delivers it to the client.
One of Visualzen's first clients, Univeral Printing, requested us to develop an e-commerce package that ranges from secure online ordering to product development. Using our technologies we were able to reduce workflow overhead while still providing an easy to use interface for both clients and administrators.
